INPACT Global, an international association of independent accounting and business advisory firms, has announced the expansion of its network with the addition of two new member practices. The move increases the alliance’s operational footprint within the Asia-Pacific and Latin American markets.

Strategic Additions in Key Markets

The network has formally integrated Shanghai Acumen CPAs in China and Soria Roldán Y Asociados in Mexico. These additions are part of a broader strategy to enhance support for clients managing complex, cross-border business operations.

Shanghai Acumen CPAs (China)

Founded in 2005, Shanghai Acumen CPAs brings expertise in audit, accounting, tax, and advisory services. According to INPACT Global, the firm has established a reputation for independence and professionalism, serving to bolster the network’s capacity in the Asia-Pacific region.

Soria Roldán Y Asociados (Mexico)

Based in Mexico City and established in 2018, Soria Roldán Y Asociados provides a multidisciplinary suite of services, including finance, foreign trade, legal support, payroll administration, tax, and transfer pricing. The firm works with both domestic and international entities, contributing to INPACT’s capabilities in Latin America.

Commitment to Global Connectivity

In a statement regarding the expansion, the association emphasized that the new members share a commitment to professional excellence and collaborative service. The goal of these additions is to facilitate greater cooperation among independent firms, allowing for more robust support for businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions.

This growth follows a series of earlier expansions by the group. In February 2024, INPACT Global added four new members to its network, establishing representation in Bolivia, Argentina, India, and Spain. These previous additions included Gorena, Sánchez & Compañía (Bolivia), Alejandro González y Asociados (Argentina), Euroaccounts (Spain), and NCS & Co. (India).

The integration of these firms aligns with INPACT Global’s ongoing objective to connect independent accounting practices in strategically significant economic regions, ensuring that member firms can leverage local expertise on a global scale.
